Graduated from the University of Colorado at Denver with a degree in Anthropology in 1995.
President of the Japanese Student Association and actively involved in cultural events.
After working at an Environmental NGO for five years, joined a consulting company.
In 2002, worked as a director to introduce chanoyu to staff members of FIFA from Germany.
The same year worked also as a director planning a lecture of the NHK Culture Center.
